By accessing or using the CamEnhance mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
CamEnhance is an AI-powered photo editing application that allows users to capture or upload photographs and apply edits through natural-language text prompts and AI editing tools. The Service may include free and premium (paid) tiers, each offering different features and usage limits.
Some features (such as camera capture) may be available for free, while core AI Edit features require an active paid plan (Weekly or Yearly).
You may use CamEnhance if you are old enough to consent under the laws where you live. If you are under that age, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Service. Any purchases or subscriptions must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the photographs and content you upload to CamEnhance ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant CamEnhance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and transform your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for your prompts, User Content, generated outputs, and how you use or share them. You must evaluate outputs before use and ensure your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
You are solely responsible and legally liable for your use of the Service, your content, and any legal violations arising from them.

If you upload, edit, or share images of a minor through the Service, you represent that you have all permissions and legal authority required to do so, including consent from a parent or legal guardian when required by law. You must not use the Service for sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unlawful content involving minors.
Where prohibited by applicable law, you must not use the Service to collect, infer, or process sensitive personal data about minors (including biometric or facial data) without legally valid authorization. We may remove related content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to law enforcement or regulators as required by law.
Parents or legal guardians may contact [email protected] to report concerns about content involving their minor child. Subject to our data retention practices and applicable law, we will review available information and take appropriate action.
CamEnhance may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases. All payments are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CamEnhance does not guarantee that AI-generated edits will meet your expectations, be error-free, or produce specific results. The quality of AI outputs may vary depending on input quality and complexity.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMENHANCE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
In no event shall CamEnhance's total liability exceed the amount you paid to CamEnhance in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CamEnhance and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
You may also request deletion of your account at any time in the app by going to Settings and choosing Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you may contact [email protected] for help. Deletion requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict access to content, and cooperate with law enforcement or regulators when required by law or when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability.
If your account is suspended or terminated for abuse or Terms violations, you may lose access to the Service and no refund will be provided except where required by applicable law or app store policy.

We may remove or disable access to reported content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.
