• Account Information: Name and email address provided by Apple Sign In or Google Sign-In.
• User Content: Photos you upload or capture, and text prompts you provide for AI editing.
• Subscription Information: Plan and subscription status provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly store your card details.
• Communications: Information you provide when contacting support or responding to surveys.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and locale.
• Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, timestamps, and session duration.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and crash reports.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies and local storage on our website to remember preferences and analyze traffic (see Section 6).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) from those providers. We may also receive subscription status details from Apple App Store and Google Play Store to manage your paid plan.

4. AI Data Processing

When you request an AI photo edit, CamEnhance sends the data needed to complete that request to our third-party AI processing provider, X.AI LLC.

• The photo you select, upload, or capture in the app.
• The text prompt you enter to describe the requested edit.
• Technical generation parameters needed to produce the requested result.

We use this data only to generate and return the AI edit you requested. This data is encrypted in transit.

We only share data with third-party service providers that are required to implement appropriate security and data protection safeguards.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. User Content (photos) processed through our AI is temporarily stored for processing and is generally deleted shortly after processing is complete, subject to operational backups, troubleshooting, and legal requirements.
